City Commission to Hold Biweekly Joint Agenda Review Meetings Beginning June 4
The City of Florida City will begin holding Joint Commission Agenda Review Meetings starting Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM, in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 404 West Palm Drive, Florida City, FL 33034. These meetings will continue on a biweekly basis.
The new meeting series is designed to give Commission Members an opportunity to collectively review and discuss upcoming agenda items in advance of regularly scheduled commission meetings. Attendees will include the City Commission Members, City Manager, City Attorney, and City Staff.
While the public is welcome to attend, please note that public participation will not be permitted during these sessions, as discussion is limited to members of the City Commission and Staff.

Pursuant to Florida Statutes §286.0105, any person who wishes to appeal a decision made by the Commission regarding any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings. It is the responsibility of that individual to ensure a verbatim record is made, including all testimony and evidence on which the appeal is to be based.
